Luleå Municipality organizes Summer Jobs for youth in Luleå. The purpose of Summer Jobs is, among other things, to give young people the opportunity to experience the demands and expectations placed in the working life through meaningful work. The goal is also for young people to develop a sense of responsibility for work and colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a group leader, you will have the chance to inspire and coach a group of about 10-15 young people. You will be responsible for planning and distributing meaningful tasks that contribute to beautifying and preserving nature around Luleå. The work mainly consists of park work, painting work, and general maintenance of nature around Luleå.

The employment begins in week 24 with four days of thorough training.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who can work both independently and in a team and who enjoys working with young people in an outdoor environment. What we value most in you are your personal qualities and that you feel stimulated by working with great personal responsibility. It is an advantage if you have some form of leadership experience. Please describe in your application what makes you a good leader.

If you receive the position, you will need to submit a valid extract from the criminal record.
